Dine is one of the three snowy moons together with Rend and Titan. It has a risk level of "S", which makes it the third hardest moon in Lethal Company. The cost to change the ship's orbit to Dine is 600 credits. Dine has also had a map update in the version 50 beta.
Dine is a very snowy and rocky moon, orbiting a white dwarf star. The constant snowstorm is similar to Foggy weather on other moons, except it's less dense. The snowstorm not only makes it harder to see but also muffles voices and entity sounds. The lights unlike on Rend do not lead directly to or from the main entrance but instead are a dead end. Dine and its snowy counterpart Rend both have the Mansion as their default indoor layout (although there is a very rare chance to have the Factory spawn instead).
The main entrance is slightly further away and is positioned almost directly ahead and slightly to the right of the ship's exit, albeit behind a lot of very rough and hilly terrain. Because of the large hills, there are multiple paths that can be taken to reach the main entrance but the best passes directly through a fence in the center of the map. The fire exit is located slightly to the left when leaving the ship and is closer than the main entrance.
Although Dine is in a constant snow-storm, it is possible for it to flood somehow. The flood starts off blocking complete access to main entrance without a Jetpack; However, the water falls similarly to Adamance. The fire escape starts off entirely accessible and is the easiest route in.
Dine spawns at minimum all nighttime and 4 indoor entities at the start of the game. This makes it extremely dangerous to land on Dine when eclipsed and employees are strongly discouraged to do so.
To deal with the immediate Forest Keepers that spawn in, it's advised to hug close to the hilly terrain and to cut corners quickly to lose their chase.
The most common threat on Dine is the Butler, you will usually find several spawned in the facility at around the time you manage out your first trip of scrap.
Eyeless Dogs and Forest Keepers are the most common nighttime entities on Dine. In a similar fashion to Rend, if multiple nighttime entities spawned together, they can pose a significant threat to employee safety if not handled correctly.
To best manage, it's advised to sneak around the hilly terrain and to keep the sprint bar high for quick dashes away from forest keepers if they manage to lock onto you.
On Dine, nighttime entities start spawning at around 3pm. This rate steadily increases until it peaks at 12am. Indoor entities spawn in a linear fashion on Dine with two smooth peaks at the beginning and at the end of the day. Daytime entities are unable to spawn. See Mechanics for interpretation.
